Some are corporations seeking developmental or stylistic guidance for top executives and high potential talent, specialized coaching for newly appointed leaders, or solutions to difficult or sensitive transition situations. Some are family or privately held businesses addressing critical partnership, succession, burnout, anxiety, or other behavioral challenges. Others are professionals who must overcome blockages and challenges to effectively move ahead to next-level performance, or wish to confidentially explore exit strategies and pathways to new and more authentic careers.
Because of the varied and specific needs clients bring to the table, engagement profiles are equally varied and developed specifically to meet those needs. While some engagements are conducted in short-term increments or on a by-session basis, most engagements initially span a period of 12 months.
