John P. Schreitmueller, GC, ECP
President and CEO
John P. “Jack” Schreitmueller, GC, ECP (Graduate Certified Executive Coach Practitioner) is an acknowledged expert in the fields of leadership, work and life coaching, counseling and consulting. His experience advising business owners, senior executives and professionals spans over 20 years, and he founded Resolute Consulting Group in 2003.
Mr. Schreitmueller earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Southern Connecticut State University along with a commission as a United States Marine Corps officer through the Marine Corps Platoon Leaders Class program. On active duty he commanded an infantry rifle platoon overseas and also flew missions aboard Marine Forward Air Control (FAC) aircraft.
Following military service, Mr. Schreitmueller advanced rapidly as a business executive at Texas Instruments, Inc., Beech Aircraft Corporation and American Airlines’ Sky Chefs, where he led a successful array of multi-national ventures and acquisitions. Prior to founding Resolute Consulting Group, Mr. Schreitmueller also served in major leadership roles as a Partner and Senior Vice President of the executive consulting firm Reedie & Company LLC and Partner of the global search firm Ray & Berndtson.
Mr. Schreitmueller earned his Graduate Certificate (GC) at the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He was later selected as an adjunct faculty member at SMU, where he specialized in teaching MBA students Executive Career Management and Strategies at the Cox School. Mr. Schreitmueller is also a graduate of the noted Program on Leadership for Senior Executives at Harvard University, the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
His professional qualifications as an Executive Coach Practitioner include International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited training and credentialing, graduate studies at Southern Methodist University for Advanced Mediation and Corporate Negotiation, and intensive field training in executive intervention, development and outplacement counseling through Manchester Partners International, the Saratoga Institute and under the supervision of nationally recognized psychological and behavioral counseling practitioners
A licensed commercial pilot with thousands of hours in high performance aircraft, Mr. Schreitmueller is also an award-winning author. His first book, Of Dreams and Astronauts, a narrative on leadership and the U.S. manned space program, won critical acclamation and the Aviation/Space Writers Association Award of Excellence for Nonfiction Journalism in 1990.
Mr. Schreitmueller has been featured in the print media, on radio and television. He has been a guest on XM Serius Sixties at 6, MSNBC, and The NBC Evening News with Tom Brokaw. His comments and articles also appear in Private Clubs, Human Resources Executive, Dow Jones’ National Business Employment Weekly and Workforce.
A member of the International Coaching Federation, the National Association of Career Professionals, the Marine Corps Association and the City Club of Buckhead Board of Directors, Mr. Schreitmueller is also an active polo player, rated to in competitive play through the United States Polo Association. He resides in Atlanta.

Pat D. Jones, PMHCNS-BC (Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist – Board Certified) is a highly recognized expert in the field of behavioral therapy. For more than 20 years, her Atlanta-based practice has focused on helping leaders achieve fulfilling careers through communication and interpersonal relationship management skills. Ms. Jones’ client experience spans executives, professionals including physicians and medical residents, major corporations, professional women’s organizations and civic groups.
Ms. Jones earned her Professional Nursing Diploma at the Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Nursing, each cum laude, at Georgia State University. Her post-graduate studies, also completed at Georgia State University, span Adult Psychiatry and Mental Health Nursing. Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she holds licensures in Nursing in both Texas and Georgia.
As a therapist, Ms. Jones specializes in linking physical and mental health. She has produced key workshops, presentations and publications related on advanced behavioral therapy and its effectiveness in career and work/life management. A sampling of her critically acclaimed work includes Stress Management for the 90s Woman, Stress and the Holidays (featured on CNN News Magazine), Stress and Business Relationships and Stress Management and Health. Appearing in the Journal of Neurosurgical Nursing (December 1978, Vol. 10, No. 4), her “Psychiatric Liaison Nurse for Neurosurgery: An Innovative Approach to Management of Chronic Pain” won national recognition.
Ms. Jones began her partnership with John P. Schreitmueller and Resolute Consulting Group in 2005. Her role focuses on family business leadership, senior executives, business owners and professionals, especially as they address issues involving stress, anxiety and career chaos. She was instrumental in formation of Resolute Consulting Group’s Practice for Family Business Leaders, and also co-authored the firm’s Executive Roundtable Series ™ on Women Leaders and Authenticity, and the Executive Roundtable Series™ for Women Leaders Facing Major Issues at Mid-Life.
Featured on CNN and multiple television shows in the greater Atlanta area, Ms. Jones is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society for Nurses; the American Psychiatric Nurses Association; the International Association of Psychiatric Liaison Nurses; The American Nurses Association; and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Active in numerous civic initiatives and winner of the North Fulton Alpharetta Rotary Club’s Distinguished Achievement Citation for charity funding, she resides in Atlanta.
