John P. Schreitmueller, PCC-BC (Professional Certified Coach - Board Certified) founded Resolute Consulting Group in 2003. He is acknowledged as a world-class expert in executive, leadership, organizational, behavioral and career coaching. His experience advising CEOs, top executives, business owners and significantly compensated professionals spans over 20 years. His clients also include political leaders, government officials and numerous high visibility individuals.
Mr. Schreitmueller earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Southern Connecticut State University along with a commission as a United States Marine Corps officer through the Marine Corps Platoon Leaders Class program. He commanded an infantry rifle platoon overseas and also flew missions aboard Marine Forward Air Control (FAC) aircraft.
Following military service, Mr. Schreitmueller advanced rapidly as a business executive at Texas Instruments, Inc., Beech Aircraft Corporation and American Airlines’ Sky Chefs, where he led a successful array of multi-national ventures and acquisitions. Prior to founding Resolute Consulting Group, Mr. Schreitmueller served in top leadership roles in the executive and career consulting sector as a Partner and Senior Vice President at Reedie & Company LLC, and Partner of the global search firm Ray & Berndtson. His contributions remain as cornerstones in the executive coaching profession.
Mr. Schreitmueller earned a Graduate Certificate (GC) at the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. After completing graduate studies, he was selected by the SMU/Cox School to serve as an adjunct faculty member, where his work in the school’s MBA programs specialized in Executive Career Management and Work/Life Strategies. Mr. Schreitmueller is also a graduate of the noted Program on Leadership for Senior Executives at Harvard University, the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Mr. Schreitmueller’s professional qualifications include advanced credentialing as a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), advanced credentialing as a Divorce Transition Coach, and he is Board Certified with Specialty Practice Competency designations in Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching and Career Coaching through the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). He also completed graduate studies at Southern Methodist University for Advanced Mediation and Corporate Negotiation, and intensive training in executive, behavioral, developmental and career transition consulting through Manchester Partners International, the Saratoga Institute, and under the supervision of nationally recognized business, psychological and behavioral counseling practitioners.
A licensed commercial pilot with thousands of hours in high performance aircraft, Mr. Schreitmueller is an award-winning author. His first book, Of Dreams and Astronauts, a narrative on leadership and the U.S. manned space program, won critical acclamation and the Aviation/Space Writers Association Award of Excellence for Nonfiction Journalism.
Mr. Schreitmueller has been featured in print media, on radio and television. His guest appearances include segments on CNN International, XM Sixties at 6, MSNBC, and The NBC Evening News with Tom Brokaw.
Mr. Schreitmueller is a member of the International Coach Federation, the National Association of Career Professionals, The American Psychological Association, The American Mental Health Counselors Association, the Marine Corps Association, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He is also a member of the Harvard Club of Boston, is an active polo player and skipper of his sailboat, Southern Exposure. He resides in Atlanta, GA and Sarasota, FL.
Pat D. Jones, PMHCNS-BC
Pat D. Jones, PMHCNS-BC (Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist – Board Certified) is a highly recognized expert in the field of behavioral therapy. For more than 20 years, she has focused on helping leaders achieve fulfilling careers through communication and interpersonal relationship management skills. Her experience spans counseling executives, family business owners, practitioner and business professionals, medical residents, major corporations, professional women’s organizations and civic groups.
Ms. Jones earned her Professional Nursing Diploma at the Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Nursing, each cum laude, at Georgia State University. Her post-graduate studies, also completed at Georgia State University, span Adult Psychiatry and Mental Health Nursing. Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she holds licensures in Nursing in both Texas and Georgia.
As a therapist, Ms. Jones specializes in linking physical and mental health. She has produced noted workshops, presentations and publications on advanced behavioral therapy and its effectiveness in leadership, career and life management. A sampling of her critically acclaimed work includes Stress Management for the 90s Woman, Stress and the Holidays (featured on CNN News Magazine), Stress and Business Relationships and Stress Management and Health . Appearing in the Journal of Neurosurgical Nursing (December 1978, Vol. 10, No. 4), her Psychiatric Liaison Nurse for Neurosurgery: An Innovative Approach to Management of Chronic Pain won national recognition.
Ms. Jones became a Resolute Consulting Group Partner in 2005. Her role focuses on executive and leadership development, executive behavior and dynamics, and specialized counseling for professionals on stress, anxiety and dysfunction that impacts careers. She was instrumental in formation of Resolute Consulting Group’s Practice for Family Business Leaders , co-authored the firm’s Executive Roundtable Series ™ on Leaders and Authenticity , and the Executive Roundtable Series™ for Women Leaders Facing Major Issues at Mid-Life .
Featured on CNN and multiple television shows in the greater Atlanta area, Ms. Jones is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society for Nurses; the American Psychiatric Nurses Association; the International Association of Psychiatric Liaison Nurses; the American Nurses Association; and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Active in numerous civic initiatives and winner of the North Fulton Alpharetta Rotary Club’s Distinguished Achievement Citation for charity funding, she resides in Atlanta.
