What can I expect in a coaching session?
During sessions clients share primary concerns, issues and objectives in their professional and personal lives. A session is typically 50 minutes in duration, although some sessions are configured for longer periods when participants come to our offices from outside the greater Atlanta area, for example. The process is most effective when sessions are conducted weekly, either in person or by scheduled phone conference. Clients frequently complete joint accountability or related action items between sessions. We also often request clients to read books, articles or to view other sources that may be helpful between sessions. For executive coaching to “work,” the client must be actively engaged in the process, both in and outside of scheduled sessions.

Do you accept insurance? How do you get paid?
Executive, leadership, organizational, career, transition and behavioral coaching are typically not covered by insurance. However, most executive coaching, counseling and consulting engagements are recognized as tax-deductible professional services. We recommend consulting a CPA or other qualified financial professional to determine eligibility.
Most client coaching and counseling engagements are conducted across an initial period of 12 months. Fees vary based on scope and complexity of work, number of participants, geography and other factors. Payment plans are available. Some clients work on a by-session basis. When clients work on a by-session basis, payment for each session is due in full at the beginning of each session. Resolute Consulting Group accepts checks, American Express, Master Card and Visa.
When clinical counseling is utilized as an augmentation to the executive coaching process or as a requirement to continue the coaching process in the present or in the future, insurance may cover the clinical counseling. In those instances, we recommend first checking with your insurance provider to determine if you have mental health benefits, and the scope, deductible, out-of-network specifics, co-pay and other requirements for those benefits.
